PMR successfully defends business in Texas lawsuit alleging wrongful hiring of competitor’s employee

PMR represented an apparel company operating in California and other states, including Texas.  One of its competitors sued when PMR’s client hired a former employee of competitor.  The competitor filed the case in Texas.  PMR, working with local Texas counsel, obtained a settlement on favorable terms for its client with the competitor company dismissing the case in its entirety.
