Karl Runft is an experienced litigator, having represented clients in various commercial and civil matters in state and federal courts. Mr. Runft has handled cases ranging from campaign finance violations to major industrial product liability matters from case intake to trial and appeal. More recently, Mr. Runft has focused on business and real estate litigation involving partition actions, commercial and residential purchase and sale agreements, construction defects, professional liability claims, business fraud issues, commercial lease disputes, toxic contamination matters, and other general business and real estate related disputes.

Mr. Runft has experience practicing in several jurisdictions.

Mr. Runft is a graduate of the University of Chicago, where he received his BA degree, and the University of Wisconsin Law School. Mr. Runft is also a former clerk for the Chief Justice of the Idaho Supreme Court, the honorable Gerald F. Schroeder.
